If you receive an absentee or mail-in-ballot but decide that you can vote in person:
YOU MUST BRING THE UNOPENED ABSENTEE/MAIL-IN-BALLOT WITH YOU!! That ballot needs to be voided. If you don't bring it with you, you can only vote provisionally.
