Not going to make it to the polling location on Election Day, but still want to vote? In Pennsylvania there are now two options which allow you to vote by mail. In order to request either an Absentee Ballot or a Mail-In ballot, you must be a registered voter.

First time voters must show valid ID
If you receive an absentee or mail-in-ballot but decide that you can vote in person, YOU MUST BRING THE UNOPENED ABSENTEE/MAIL-IN-BALLOT WITH YOU!! That ballot needs to be voided. If you don't bring it with you, you can only vote provisionally.
